Return Policy

EASY RETURNS - no questions asked.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to make it right.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll only need the receipt or order number for proof of purchase. 

We do not charge a re-stocking fee.

Note: all sales items excluded from returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you received a packing slip, please include it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your timely request to cancel an order, but please understand that we can only do so before your order has shipped. After that you can only request a return once you received it. 

 

Refunds 

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8 business days if we receive your returned items in original condition as described above. Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will notify you and issue your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
