Is this kit suitable for beginners?

This is a popular, fast knitting, fun project for people who have a basic understanding of knitting and have handled yarn before. While the stitches are very simple, we don’t recommend this kit for learning to knit. Our Air Merino yarn is a delicate roving yarn that needs to be knitted with very little tension and may not be a good choice for a first time knitter.

Now, if you are a confident basic skill level knitter and understand what knitting without tension (holding yarn loosely) means, please, go ahead and treat yourself to a knitting experience like no other.
