Tencel - Cellulose Vegan Fiber
Snow white with a lovely sheen: Tencel is an eco-friendly fiber made from sustainably grown Eucalyptus trees. Commonly considered an upgrade from rayon, it is lustrous, silky, slippery, soft and cool. It also has moisture wicking and odor resistant properties which make it an excellent choice for garment making.
This is a 100% cellulose, vegan fiber - use by itself or blended with other fibers, suitable for all fiber arts. We recommend fiber reactive dyes if you plan to dye this fiber,
Our Vegan Fibers are rigorously tested to meet strict GOTS and Oeko-Tex standards. This means they are guaranteed to be free from harmful substances often found in manufacturing, such as formaldehyde, phthalates, and heavy metals.
We offer a wide variety of vegan fibers. All of them are sustainably harvested, biodegradable, and 100% cruelty-free. They are produced in a solar powered facility with 100% waste water reclamation in the dye process. Thank you for being kind to your skin and the planet!
